Flatpack Hourglass Nightstand

This table is made out of 15 mm thick bamboo plywood. All of the pieces are cut from a square meter of the material. The piece is assembled with only 4 screws and can completely disassemble. The drawer has a false bottom that serves the double purpose of putting tension on the front and back to hold the piece together and of allowing a user to place items upright in the drawer. The drawer runs on tracks inside the main piece to keep its movement smooth and keep it centered in the opening of the table.
